Symbol of a long vitivicultural tradition that dates back to the XIXth century, this winery was born from the pasion and vision of Gilberto Lavaque, who in 1930, continued the path initiated by his grandfather Don Jose Lavaque in Cafayate Valley, Salta in 1870,and took his know-how and family winemaking tradition to the premier grape growing region of San Rafael, in the province of Mendoza.
